Join us in our garden space on the Loyola campus on Monday July 27th from 1pm - 5pm to pick fresh raspberries, currants, and maybe blueberries (if they are ripe in time) and then we will head over to the PERFORM centre kitchen to transform them into jam and can them (aka, preserve them for the long term) in jars, so you can save a taste of summer fruit to get you through the winter!! (Or eat it right away... lol).
